Refund Policy of MeadowLumenPark

Thank you for shopping at MeadowLumenPark. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund. Please read the following policy carefully to ensure that you fully understand our return process and policy.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us:

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The product must be in the original packaging.
• To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us

Products that cannot be returned:

The following products cannot be returned:

• The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
• The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
• The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
• The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
• Any beverages such as juice or lemonade that have been opened.

Initiating a return:

• To initiate a return, please contact us at your earliest convenience with your receipt or proof of purchase, and we will provide you with an RMN.
• Send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase and the RMN number, to: 43 Bedford Street, Westminster, London, WC2E 9HA, United Kingdom

Shipping charges:

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from MeadowLumenPark.

Refunds:

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded by the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it could take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
